Dear Jill, This long over due letter is to let you know how happy I am with the Shaw wood floors that your group installed in my home. The man that cuts and fits the wood is a master. The random pattern that he established is beautiful. I also appreciate that you contacted Shaw about the carpet for my bedroom. The first carpet was not as the sample showed and I was not satisfied.
